Temporary arrangement of returning passports/documents by VFS, the outsourced agency

Please be informed that since the Mission is in the process of finalizing new agreement for outsourcing its passport and consular services, VFS would no longer be retaining any passports or consular documents submitted at its outsourcing centre and all passports/documents submitted would be returned through courier service until the finalization of the new agreement.
