HIGH COMMISSION OF INDIA KUALA LUMPUR PRESS RELEASE CONVERSION OF PIO CARDS TO OCI CARDS Please note that the deadline for conversion from PIO cards to OCI cards is JUNE 30, 2017. Therefore, all PIO card holders those who have not applied for conversion are advised to submit their application for issue of OCI card (in lieu of valid PIO card) before 30th June, 2017 in order to avoid any inconvenience in their travel plan after 30th June, 2017. Please note that the conversion process to OCI Card is GRATIS. Therefore all PIO card holders are required to fill up the OCI online application form () and upload the photograph (size 2x2 inch, white background), signature, copy of current Malaysian/ Foreign Passport and PIO card (first and last page). Original and hardcopy of Malaysia passport / Foreign Passport and PIO card should be brought along for verification along with the online application form to the High Commission of India at the time of submission at ’, , No. 1, Jalan Mon’, on any working day between 9.30 AM to 12.00 Noon.
